At Ranger Die, we commit to our customers to design and build tooling which produces parts that are statistically capable and to print.

We meet our commitment due, in large part, to our “under one roof” design and build capability:

• 100% in house design
• 100% in house 2D and 3D machining
• Proven vendors for die components, materials and heat treat
• Complete in house tryout press department from 45-600 tons
• Complete in house ISO registered production facility for tooling runoff at rate, with full SPC and layout

Ranger Die is also an ISO registered metal stamping facility, shipping in excess of 1.5 million quality parts each month.

Ranger Warehouse	We provide the following services for our metal stamping customers: Labor only (customer supplied material) Labor and material supplied by Ranger Ranger's quoted piece price includes die maintenance Ranger maintains a spare detail inventory for production tooling Spare Detail Bins
Sample Parts We will also furnish all required SPC data if requested.
